Here is a tutu making incentive. We took Claire today for her 1st year pics. We used the hot pink and white glittered tutu I had made earlier. The pictures turned out great (even better then I had anticipated). The tutu's were great for pictures and we got a lot of cute shots. The glitter in the tulle picked up great in pictures. I found a site for tutu making instructions. Other then for tulle yardage I bought 6 yards and used 1/2" elastic which worked out really full.
